CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER INTERN

LEARNING
OPPORTUNITIES
Plan, coordinate, and/or conduct developmental activities for one or more groups of children 6 weeks to 5 years of age (groups: 6 weeks to 6 months, 6-12 months, 12-24 months, 24-36 months, 3-5 years)
Develop
age appropriate activities which are safe and healthy, and meet the
physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of each child
Coordinate
and organize all details of activities to included staff, parent and/or
volunteer participation, supplies, facilities, and equipment
Assist
with administrative procedures and management
Front
desk operation
Food
Service
Resource
management - people, money and materials
Staff scheduling
Budget
Supply
and equipment ordering and inventory
Assist
with public relations
Advertising
and marketing
Parent
participation
Assist
with NAEYC Accreditation
