Staff: 25 staff work directly with children - 4 program technicians and 21 program assistants

Capacity: 124 children ages 6 weeks - 5 years

Staff: 5 staff work directly with children - 2 program technicians and 3 program assistants     

Capacity: 48 children ages 3- 5 years

Youth Center/School-Age Program, Building 2830

   Programs: Before and After School Care, Full Day and Part Day Care when School is Out, Inclusive programs for children with special needs, Summer/Winter/Spring Day Camp 

  Staff: 11 staff work directly with children - 1 school-age program coordinator, 1 school-age training and curriculum specialist and 10 school-age program assistants

Capacity: 100 children aged 6 to 12 years      

Facility: 18,200 sq. feet with 3 activity rooms, music room, game room, snack bar, dance/gymnastics room, teen room, full-size gymnasium, playground, and sports fields        

Youth Center, Building 2830  

Staff: 5 staff work directly with children - 1 program director, 1 sports director, 1 recreation assistant and 3 recreation aids. Over 250 volunteers each year are a vital part of our program.

Facilities and sports fields: 18,200 sq. feet with 3 activity rooms, music room, game room, snack bar, dance/gymnastics room, teen room, full-size gymnasium, playground, and sports fields. 

Programs: Boys and Girls Club Affiliated - Social, educational, cultural, outdoor adventure and life skill programs are offered.  Sports league programs and clinics (soccer, t-ball, baseball, softball, and basketball) are provided for children 6 - 16 years old.   Approximately 2500 school age children live on Mountain Home AFB.  


TRAILS

 


The TRAIL group currently meets twice a month and plans for one outdoor adventure program a month.

TRAIL (Training Adolescents in Leadership) brings teens together to experience adventure based recreational activities using the outdoors as a classroom. Participants experience the opportunity to learn outdoor and leadership skills, and gain an appreciation for our natural resources. The outdoor activities also provide an excellent vehicle for teaching human relation skills, effective communication,, problem solving, conflict resolution, an more.
