Welcome to the Student Society of Arboriculture at
the University of Idaho! We are affectionately known around campus as
the "Tree Amigos" or friends of trees.
Founded in the fall of 2002, we are a club with an
interest, appreciation, and concern for trees with members representing
the natural sciences, art and architecture, and humanities at the
University of Idaho. We also welcome members from our affiliate
institutions Washington State University, Boise State University and the
College of Southern Idaho.
We are an official student chapter recognized by
International Society of Arboriculture and sponsored by the Pacific
Northwest Chapter of the International Student Society of Arboriculture.
To learn more about us, feel free to link to the

join or want to be included in our activities e-mail list please contact
our chapter advisor, David Rauk (aka Doc Rock!!!).
