During the last two years The Kids Klub has done some fun things. In June of 1997 we held our charter year celebration. All charter The Kids Klub members, their parents, supporters and donors were invited to our celebration event. All The Kids Klub members received special charter member pins and certificates.

In May of 1997 we had a special picnic at our coordinator, Laurie’s house to celebrate the close of the school year. We built a fire and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. We also hiked in the woods and played with her pet rabbits, chickens, dogs and cats.

During the last two years we have held several special activities.
Mr. Kries held a special Mad Science week for us.  We got to experiment with all sorts of cool stuff and learned a lot about scientific concepts.

Mrs. Groom taught a week-long Investigating Weather class for us. A "Weather Chaser" came to talk to us about cloud formations.
