Management supervised practice hours are an important and required part of your dietetic education. In FCS 385, you will obtain 90 hours of foodservice management experience during your rotation in various foodservice facilities. Key observations that should be made during your rotations are noted in the Lab Descriptions & Instructions Manual. Click on Lab Schedule to access the schedule of your foodservice facility rotation and click on Documented Lab Hours to keep track of your hours week to week.
