FCS 463 Helping Skills in Dietetics provides an opportunity for students to improve their listening and helping skills. It is intended for dietetics students. The course is based on Gerard Egan’s Skilled Helper model of counseling. Class sessions include lecture, discussion, role-playing, and feedback on role-plays and student videotapes.
