Lamb

Lambs processed at Vandal Brand Meats (VBM) are from young animals, usually less than one year of age. These lambs produce meat that are always equivalent to U.S. Choice or U.S. Prime. A majority of the lamb processed originated from the departments teaching flock. The lamb cuts are closely trimmed and contain a high proportion of lean meat.
