Our pork is from market hogs produced on the Palouse in cooperation with Washington State University. These market hogs produce lean, high quality cuts. The pork cuts are closely trimmed, juicy and flavorful.
Cured and Smoked Products
Vandal Brand meats is famous for our cured and smoked products. The cured and smoked hams and bacon are tasty and have a fabulous hickory-smoked flavor. The Vandal Ham is a whole, bone-in or boneless ham has been cured, dry-aged and slow cooked and smoked. This ham has an "old-fashioned" taste and is a great entree for holiday cooking. The Hickory Smoked Bacon is lean, tasty and thick sliced, providing a superb flavor for breakfast or sandwiches.
